• Dates: July 24, 25, 26, 2008 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

• Pool Play - 4 Games
• Two Games Thursday (7/24) and Two Games Friday (7/25)
• Teams must be prepared to play as early as 9:00 a.m. on Thursday (7/24)
• Semi's & Championship Games will be held on Saturday (7/26)
• Individual Awards for 1st Place and 2nd Place

Player Eligibility

The purpose of the Tournament of Champions is to reward the teams and players that have qualified to play in this event.  Teams are prohibited from adding players from other teams for this tournament.  This is our only tournament that we prohibit altering of teams.  The players on the teams that qualified should be rewarded for their efforts.  The purpose of this policy is to level the playing ground for all teams participating in the tournament. We want the teams participating to be "your" teams. We thank you in advance for your adherence to this policy.

The number of teams that qualify from each tournament will be based on the number of teams in each tournament per age division.

10 or less teams = 1 team will qualify
11 to 29 teams = 2 teams will qualify
30 or more teams = *3 teams will qualify

* 3rd/4th place game will be played between losers of semi-finals

Age Divisions

Age Cutoff Date: May 1, 2008

•   8u - Must be 8 or younger on April 30, 2008
•   9u - Must be 9 or younger on April 30, 2008
• 10u - Must be 10 or younger on April 30, 2008
• 11u - Must be 11 or younger on April 30, 2008
• 12u - Must be 12 or younger on April 30, 2008
• 13u - Must be 13 or younger on April 30, 2008
• 14u - Must be 14 or younger on April 30, 2008*(8th grade)

*Grade Exception: Players in the corresponding grade will be allowed to play even if they are not "age appropriate" on April 30th. This is only effective in the 14u Age Division.

Tournament Policies

• Refund/Cancellation Policy
  80% refund - Cancellation 10 or more days prior to Tournament
  (If Age Division is not sold out)
  60% refund - Cancellation 10 or more days prior to Tournament
  (If Age Division is sold out)
  No refund - Cancellation 9 days or less prior to Tournament
   
• Rainout Refund Policy
  50% refund if no games are played
  25% refund if 1 game is completed
  No refund if 2 or more games are completed
