Camp Provides

• Staff to player ratio 1:10
• Each player will be videotaped and critiqued by staff member
• Camp Souvenir (T-Shirt)
• Lunch provided both Tuesday & Wednesday for Hitting & Pitching participants

What to Bring

• Gym Shoe / Turf Shoe (all stations are indoors - No Cleats)
• Glove
• Baseball uniform or other proper attire
• Bat / Batting Helmet (if you already own)

History & Format

24th Annual Holiday Hitting & Pitching Camp This is the 8th Year for the Holiday Camp to be held at the Ultimate Sports facility in Lindon. For 7 years prior the Holiday Camp was held in Ogden, after 6 years in Logan and 2 years at the College of Eastern Utah and 1 year at the Salt Lake Community College.

Hitting Instructors
Chris Shelton - Current free agent 1st baseman. Played with the Houston Astros, Seattle Mariners, Detroit Tigers and the Texas Rangers. Played at the University of Utah and Salt Lake Community College. 2004 Arizona Fall League Most Valuable Player. Cottonwood High School (Salt Lake City, UT).
 
Derek Waddoups – Head Assistant Coach and Director of Recruiting at Salt Lake Community College. Previously coached at the University of Brownsville in Texas. Played and coached at College of Eastern Utah and Bellevue University in Nebraska. Roy High School (Roy, UT).

Jason Crawford – Current Head Coach at Cottonwood High School. Former Salt Lake Community College assistant. Coached and played at Mesa State College (Grand Junction, CO). Cyprus High School (Salt Lake City, UT).

Joldy Watts - Pitched professionally for the Texas Rangers organization. Played at College of Eastern Utah (Price UT) Played at South Fremont High School (St. Anthony, ID) Current Head Baseball coach at Bonneville High School in Idaho Falls Idaho, Head Coach of Idaho Falls AA Legion Team.

Jed Jensen - Played professionally in the United Independent League. Played at Utah Valley University (Orem, UT). Mountain Crest High School (Hyrum, UT).

Justin Abbott - Currently Head Coach at Clearfield High School. Played with the Texas Rangers organization. Played at Southern Utah University (Cedar City, UT). Northridge High School (Ogden, UT). 

Justin Sparks - Played High School Baseball at Bear Lake High School and American Legion with Cache Valley Sox and Played at Barstow Junior College in California. Is currently the Salt Lake City coordinator for Rocky Mountain Baseball.

Pitching Instructors
Gorman Heimueller - Minor League Pitching Coordinator for the Philadelphia Phillies organization. Minor League Baseball pitching coach for 16 years. Played Major League Baseball with the Oakland A's and San Francisco Giants. Has 30 years professional baseball experience.
 
Zac Stott - Played professionally with the Philadelphia Phillies and Cincinnati Reds organizations. Played at Dixie State College (St. George, UT). Logan High School (Logan, UT).

  75% refund - Cancellation 3 to 9 days prior to Camp
  No refund - Cancellation less than 3 days prior to Camp
